3-Steps to Rapid Soil Regeneration
In webinar 3 we’ll be looking at a case study presented by farmers who’ve used this method to transition their own land (10,000 acres) and who then went on to set-up a second business, helping other farmers in their local area to transition to working with soil biology - the results are amazing.
You’ll also get to meet a bunch of Soil Food Web Professionals who are out there helping farmers to make the transition. You can ask any questions you have about starting a new career in soil regeneration or how to transition your land, during the live Q&A sessions in each webinar.
Note: Replays of these webinars will be available on this page and on our YouTube channel after each live event.

Webinar 4: Meet the Soil Regen Pros
Are you looking for a way to dramatically accelerate your soil regeneration project? Are you considering a new career as a Soil Food Web Consultant, Lab-Technician, or Biological Compost Producer? If you answered “Yes” to either (or both) of these questions, then this is a great opportunity to meet some of the folks who are out there doing this!
Our panelists will be Soil Food Web School founder, Dr. Elaine Ingham, Soil Regen Veteran, Todd Harrington of Harrington’s Organics, Biological Compost Producers Keisha Wheeler and Casey Ernst of Catalyst BioAmendments, as well as Soil Food Web Consultants, Renald Flores of Florès Sens System, Eric Feiler and Brian Vagg of Sprouting Soil.
This will be your opportunity to ask questions about the challenges you may face transitioning land to a regenerative approach, and what it’s like being a professional in this new and rapidly growing industry.
In this session you can meet some of the folks who are walking the talk in the field of Regenerative Agriculture!
Come prepared to ask questions about the challenges you may face transitioning land to a regenerative approach, and what it’s like being a professional in this new and rapidly growing industry.

Brian Vagg of Sprouting Soil, Soil Food Web Consultant, will participate in the conversation and also act as MC.
Webinar 3: Applying the Microbes to the Soil and Crops
We are very excited to be joined by Adam York, of York Farms Illinois, who successfully transitioned his 10,000 acres from conventional (chemical) agriculture, using the Soil Food Web approach, before going on to help other farmers in his local area to do the same. Adam and his team have successfully helped transition over 100,000 acres.
In this webinar you’ll be able to hear about some of the challenges that Adam and his crew have had to overcome, as well as the great results they have achieved in the 4 years that they have been using the Soil Food Web Approach.
Our panelists will be:
-
Adam York, York Farms, Illinois
-
Todd Harrington of Harrington’s Organics, Soil Regen Veteran
-
Dr. Elaine Ingham, Soil Food Web School Founder
-
Dr. Adam Cobb, Soil Food Web School Science Communicator
-
Brian Vagg of Sprouting Soil, Soil Food Web Consultant
There’ll be a Q&A session after Adam’s presentation, so please come prepared!
This is the one we’ve been waiting for! We will be joined in this session by Adam York of York Farms, Illinois, who successfully transitioned his 10,000 acres away from conventional (chemical) agriculture using the Soil Food Web Approach. Adam and his team have worked with other farmers in his local area, and as a result they have helped transition over 100,000 acres.
Our panelists will be:
-
Adam York, York Farms, Illinois

Brian Vagg of Sprouting Soil, Soil Food Web Consultant
There’ll be a Q&A session after Adam’s presentation, so please come prepared!
Webinar 2: Multiplying the Beneficial Microbes
Once you have gathered all the different types of beneficial microorganisms you need, from your local area, the next step is to increase their numbers so they can be used to inoculate the soil.
In this webinar, we’ll be taking a deep dive into the aerobic composting method that Dr. Elaine Ingham has developed over the last 4 decades. During this process, beneficial microbes flourish and multiply, while pathogens are either killed or forced to go dormant.
Getting the recipe right for your compost is critical, and we’ll be looking at how this can be achieved. We closely monitor and control temperature, moisture and aeration levels throughout the process. After the composting process is complete, the microscope is used to assess the biology and then certain tweaks can be made to ensure that the balance between the 4 major groups of microorganisms is right, before the inoculant is applied to the soil.
Our panelists will be:
-
Dr. Elaine Ingham, Soil Food Web School Founder
-
Keisha Wheeler and Casey Ernst of Catalyst BioAmendments, Biological Compost Producers
-
Brian Vagg of Sprouting Soil, Soil Food Web Consultant
-
Dr. Adrienne Godschalx, Soil Food Web School Mentor
-
Dr. Adam Cobb, Soil Food Web School Science Communicator

Webinar 1: Finding the Beneficial Microbes in your Location
In the first webinar we’ll be exploring the microscopic world beneath our feet. There are billions of microorganisms in a single teaspoon of soil and they are not all beneficial to plant life. So how do we know which are desirable and which aren’t?
We’ll be introducing you to some of these critters under the microscope and we’ll be looking at how you can find them on the land in your area, no matter where you live!
This is an information-packed webinar, but don't worry if there is too much to digest, as you’ll be able to ask questions in the Q&A session and you’ll be able to watch the recording after the live event.
Our panelists will be:
-
Dr. Elaine Ingham, Soil Food Web School Founder
