About our Speakers:
Ernst Götsch is a Swiss farmer and researcher working mostly in Brazil. He has originated a system of climate and biodiversity-friendly sustainable farming techniques known as Syntropic Farming or dynamic agroforestry.
Zach Weiss is a Watershed Restoration Practitioner. He is the protégé of revolutionary Austrian farmer Sepp Holzer. Zach is the first person to earn Holzer Practitioner certification directly from Sepp - through a rigorous two-year apprenticeship. His business Elemental Ecosystems provides an action-oriented process to improve clients' relationship with their landscape. He currently developing an online platform and community - Water Stories.
Dr. Elaine Ingham has advanced our knowledge about the Soil Food Web for over 4 decades. Widely recognized as the world’s foremost soil biologist, she’s passionate about empowering ordinary people to bring the soils in their community back to life.
Our host, Dr. Adrienne Godschalx, has a deep love for plants, insects, and the chemical interactions between them. She is a Soil Food Web School Mentor and Researcher.
